Object of discipline (Obiective/Scopul) The object of this course is to develop practical skills of business negotiations, meetings, meetings, telephone conversations, public speaking; study of domestic and foreign experience of business meetings and negotiations; study the features of negotiating and networking with foreign firms.

discipline results (Finalități) Knowledges: Understand the human relationships involved in an organization. Understand the global environment, the contemporary process of regionalization and globalization, international dimension, emerging markets, political risk, global and multinational governance. Knowledge & understanding of the subject area & understanding of the profession. Understand existent & new technology & its impact for new / future markets Skills : Develop the student’s capacity to think, write and speak effectively and creatively. Develop the student’s analytical, decision-making and communication competences. Make oral & written presentations in native and foreign language. Develop ability to structure and analyze complex business problems. Competences: Demonstrate understanding of various managerial decision-making tools. Integrate personal, professional and community values in a decision-making context as a member of an organization. Demonstrate interpersonal skills in developing informative, explanatory and persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences using oral and written communication and language, quantitative and technological literacy. Assess the interrelationships between business models and decisions and the social and natural environments in which they operate.
