Applying for Graduation Graduation Policy Rules The graduation application and $40 fee must be completed the semester prior to the students planned graduation term. There is no fee for Certificates. Candidates must meet the requirements for the current catalog or any catalog within six years of initial enrollment. Degrees are awarded 3 times a year to students who have applied for graduation and are meeting all requirements at that time. If a student has applied for graduation but has not met all requirements needed they will be deferred to the next term. Application and Fees for graduation can be deferred up to 1 year before the student will have to apply again.

Possible Solutions Transcript Comments – when a student fails to apply on time, department heads have the ability to add a comment to the students transcript. Completion Letters – Completion letters can be supplied to the student with department heads approval.
