CCL Early Leadership Program Logic Model Most young people do not receive the skills, support, or experiences, that will develop them for the leadership demands of today's society. CCL Early Leadership Program Logic Model Workforce will benefit from young people more developmentally ready for the societal challenges of today. We use research and innovation to create systemic solutions and produce sustained impact. Program name. Specific nested context(s) addressed; specific program inputs (Number of days; number or participants; types of participants) Due to the constantly evolving complexity of society, now, more than ever, we need to accelerate leadership development for youth. Specific short- and medium-term outcomes of the program Program architecture, design (Specific program modules) Developing all youth as leaders will create a more nimble, forward-thinking world for all. We believe that every young person has the capacity to be a leader and every young person deserves access to leadership development. Making leadership development accessible to all young people can change the world for the better. Measures
