Our programmes

Who We Are We’re an independent charitable trust, funded by the profits of Lloyds Banking Group. We feel it’s our job to provide more than just money, so: We fund charities’ (income £25k - £1m) core costs (Invest) and their capability and capacity building (Enable) Funding partners from other organisations to strengthen charities by providing expertise in key areas, e.g. governance, business planning and development (Enhance) Strengthening the landscape in which they operate by campaigning and influencing on issues that affect them on their behalf

Funding Charities in the North We currently support 697 small & medium-sized charities across England & Wales under our main grants programmes, with a total amount of £36,897,786 (as of Dec’17). In the North this amounts to: £8,082,702 You can download a full list of grants made in your region on our website Success story: Stamp Revisited STAMP provides those suffering from mental health issues support on issues ranging from housing to benefits to help them address challenges that they are unable to solve independently. Our funding contributes to STAMP’s free advocacy service and the salary costs of a supportive Crisis and Complex Needs Advocate.
