Brunas sporting goods will be in the business of selling athletic equipment to people at every fitness level. With our knowledgeable staff we will provide an environment where everyone feels comfortable coming in to the store and asking for training advice and also discussing the equipment they would need. We fully expect to grow quickly. Brunas sporting goods would be successful due to all the products I would be selling. Brunas sporting goods has everything you can imagine. Our biggest competitor would be sports authority because they pretty much sell everything Bruna's sporting goods sells.

We are a fully service sporting good business. This business will need lots of employees to have a successful business. This employees will be helping out our customers and making our costumers happy so that they come again to the store and keep on buying us the sporting goods they need. Also, this business is expected to open April 30,2014. That day my business will be giving everything in the store buy on get the other 50%off.

My business will be a retail sporting goods shop under direct management of a solo proprietorship in Pembroke pines. Juan Bruna would be the founder of this business. We would be introducing our latest produces to customers on the grand opening. I choose this type of business so that I could have solo responsibility in my business and have self management.

My business expected date will be April 30, Are first business will be located here in Florida, at Pembroke Pines. Hopefully my business grows to be one of the best sporting goods business in the whole world. This grand opening for my business I will have the whole sporting goods business in special everything in the store will be buy one and get the second one 50 percent off.

Brunas Sporting Goods was created to serve the needs of the Miami-Dade community. We will sell all sporting equipment with the best prices and quality in the market. This franchise will also sell every sporting outfit available in the market. Our vision is to serve with a smile and tailor to everyone's needs with the lowest prices always.

Brunas sporting goods will start off in Florida. Most likely in Pembroke pines. Hopefully Bruna's sporting goods spreads all over the world in a couple of years.

My immediate goals is to make the company more popular, and receiving at least 95 percent positive customer feedback regarding the service your company provides. I would also like to have my own website for the business so that I would get more customers to go to my business shop. I am also hoping to have lots of customers the day of the stores grand opening.

The sporting goods industry is very big in North America and Europe. Specialty porting good stores are becoming more popular in the United States every year. There are major opportunities to get into this industry at this time. More people are shopping at sporting goods to get specialized equipment and outfits.

The trend in sporting goods looks more promising everyday. There are more stores opening in south Florida where Brunas Sporting Goods will open. This is a promising area opportunity in this industry. The competition will be tough, but since there are more people shopping in these stores the opportunity for growth is immense.

Brunas Sporting Goods will focus on consumers from the age of 18 to 45. Market research shows that this age range is the most likely to purchase in this type of store. This is the age range that is most interested specialty items.

Brunas sporting goods will sell the latest and most popular name-brand sporting goods, apparel, and accessories. Consumers will be educated as to the proper size, style, fit, and design needed for their particular use. Initially these sporting goods will be for the sports of baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, football, and Fishing with the focus primarily on basketball and Fishing.

At the present time the main competitor is Sports Authority and Champs. These stores are very powerful in this industry. There weakness is the high prices. Since they were the pioneers of the industry they had this luxury. Brunas sporting goods will focus on customer service and having competitive prices.

There will be many future competitor for Brunas Sporting Goods. There will be a number of businesses starting up looking for opportunity just like me. Many other people will join this venture to make money.

Brunas Sporting Goods will have a 60,000 square foot facility in a 7 acre lot to hold 200 cars. The building size will be slightly bigger than that of the Sports Authority to be able to have a broader selection.

Brunas Sporting Goods workforce will be comprised of 100 fulltime employees and 50 student part time employees. The number of employees working at any given time will depend on the success of the business when it opens.

The store will be equipped with the latest computer and security systems in the market. The computers will be programmed to perform self inventories to keep the inventory at hand always. The security system will monitor the entire store from a security room with personnel to monitor every lane.

The key employees will be the management staff. They will be responsible for meeting the customers needs and making sure the store runs smoothly. I as the owner will be present overseeing everything until the store operates on its own.

The recruitment plan will be comprised of television and newspaper advertisement. I plan to entice top executives from competitors to come to my store for better salaries and hire a mix of experience and new talent to be able to give good employees the opportunity to grow professionally within the company.

Brunas Sporting Goods is going to compensate its employees with a profit sharing plan. During the month of December every employee with an excellent rating or higher will get a portion of the companies profit. This will be a major portion of the incentives to make sure the company is successful.

My business has a number of long term goals. First, we will focus on obtaining best customer satisfaction in our category. Second, we plan on hiring the most qualified and trained employees in the business. Last, we plan to expand our franchise internationally.

Our long term objectives will be met by having a good recruitment in our initial hiring process. The hiring process can not fail. The customers needs will be met only with the hard work of the employees, which is why they will get profit sharing. This will further promote the growth of the company and make it internationally known.

Total monthly Income – $ 250,000 Retail License Fee – $ 1000 Rent – $ 70,000 Employees – $ 75,000 Merchandise - $ 60,000

The first two years I am expecting a loss like in any other business. The third year I will start seeing some growth and the income should more than double every year after that. The expansion is expected to start taking place after the tenth year of existence. By this time the company should be solid and able to take the losses of the future store. After ten stores I will start selling the franchise name.
