PARTICIPANTS’ REPORTS …and their use for research GENERAL INTRODUCTION Michal Pachocki Polish NA PARTICIPANTS’ REPORTS

HOW IS IT DONE? 1 2 3 4 THE INDIVIDUAL REPORT IS AUTOMATICALLY THE SENDING INSTITUTION REGISTERS ALL MOBILITY PARTICIPANTS THE INDIVIDUAL REPORT IS AUTOMATICALLY SENT TOPARTICIPANTS’ E-MAILS THE COMPLETED REPORTS ARE SUBMITTED BY PARTICIPANTS THE MOBILITY IS VALID ONLY IF THE INDIVIDUAL REPORT IS COMPLETED 1 2 3 4 DURING PROJECT (TILL MOBILITY IS CARRIED OUT) RIGHT AFTER THE MOBILITY COMLETION WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE MOBILITY COMPLETION TILL THE SUBMITION OF PROJECT FINAL REPORT

GENERAL INFORMATION INDIVIDUAL (every person completes its own report file) COMPLUSORY (completing the report determines the completion of mobility) STANDARISED (same questions and structure to all participants of projects under same action and call)

It also allows you to collect statistical data about participants PROS&CONS Personal, subjective and independent oppinion from the participant’s perspective Feedback from the whole population of participants (everyone needs to do it) It also allows you to collect statistical data about participants   Submitted only within 1 month after mobility completion (feedback is too optimistic) Often completed together with other participants (lack of privacy during the process) E-mails provided just for the report completion (tracking is more difficult or impossible)
