Background The proposed structure will be located on the west side of the property It will be 32 feet from the rear property line and 12 from the side, which meets the setback requirements The application was delayed to resolve a private roadway easement along the west side of the property, which has been vacated

Possible Motion I move that, after giving reasoned consideration to the information contained in the staff report and information received during the public hearing, the Board of Adjustment approve Administrative Permit Case Number WADMIN18-0005 for Charles and Nicole Nay, with the conditions of approval attached as Exhibit A to this matter, having made all four required findings in accordance with Washoe County Code Section 110.808.25
