Make your own Swim Lanes There’s a custom Layout so you can insert a “Swim Lanes” slide The background is the last slide copied & pasted into the Master View That way, you can insert shapes/connectors on a Swim Lanes slide without moving the lanes You can put text on the Master View in the lanes for the roles (or just add text boxes) Just drag a blank Swim Lanes slide into a different PowerPoint file…it’ll add to your Master style Need more/less lanes? Ungroup the image, then resize/rearrange the last slide (the Arrange button is your friend!) Then, when you’ve got the right number/size: Select everything (CTRL-A) Group that (optional but recommended) then copy (CTRL-C…not optional) Open the Slide Master from the View ribbon Scroll down to the Swim Lane layout, delete what’s there, & paste in your new Swim Lanes Exit Master View…your Swim Lanes layout now shows the right number/size
