Supporting the success of all students Broadening participation Facilitating students’ professional pathways in geoscience - careers, transfer How will you work for change at the program, department, and/or institution level? At the regional level, as appropriate? Engaging your program colleagues, including adjuncts Working with other colleagues and/or offices and/or initiatives on campus … What support will you need? Who can you partner with? How do your goals and strategies relate to institutional priorities or initiatives? What are institutional resources you can tap into? What are your levers for change? What do you need to support your efforts?
