Do now Write a quick reflection on your writing process. This writing will be turned in with your reflective response essay. What words best describe the process you went through? What challenges did you face with this writing? What do you wish you had more time for? What aspects of this type of writing and thinking do you feel you have not mastered yet?

Glows and grows You will meet with a partner and read their reflective response essays. Use the post it notes to share two GLOWS (positive comments) and one GROW (suggestion for improvement). You will meet with each partner for 8 minutes. In that time, you will read each other’s essays, write down your comments, and share your thoughts verbally.

What did you learn about your own writing? What comments did you find most helpful? How, if at all, will you change your own writing?
