Colour Run What is it and why?

Who has organised the run? We, the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, have organised a run for anyone (Student or Teacher) to take part in. The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors are the students in school who help you with bullying when you don’t want to talk to an adult. We are here to help you.

What is the Colour Run? It will raise money for Barnardo's charity. The Colour Run is a 2.5km or 5 kilometre track that goes around the school perimeter. The Colour Run is a fun run to help people get fit and run with their friends. It will raise money for Barnardo's charity.

How do I enter ? You can give your name to your VMG teacher or give it to Mr Winter (in N5) to apply. You will get a sponsorship form from Mr Winter or from your VMG teacher. And don’t worry staff. YOU CAN TAKE PART TOO! Whether you run or sponsor a student, it is all appreciated. However, you don’t have to get sponsors! You can just turn up to the run and take part. All we ask is that you make a donation.

All Questions Answered Where?: PE Department When?: Wednesday 3rd July 2019 2:30pm-3.30pm How far?: 2.5km or 5km What do I wear?: A coloured t-shirt with normal PE kit plus accessories (ie, wigs, wristbands, flags, etc). After the event, you will need to get changed back into uniform!

“All’s well that ends well” Like we said, you don’t need sponsors but the more money we raise, the more people we can help. Our sponsors can make a difference. Hope to see you all there. Happy running.
