Key Points From OFSTED Fully implement tracking system to track pupil progress Review use of additional funding to ensure disadvantaged pupils achieve as well as other pupils Ensure governors evaluate the schools performance accurately, holding leaders to account Improve quality of teaching, learning and assessment to raise progress, particularly in writing and maths Continue to reduce exclusion rates Undertake an external review of the use of pupil premium Undertake an external review of governance to assess how leadership and management can promote improvements

What have we done so far? Tracking A system called Scholarpack used across the school, teacher fill in formative (as we teach) assessments and summative (a summary each term) to track pupils Tracking used to guide what support and interventions individual children need Used to look at trends and performance of groups as well as individuals Used to track progress between different check points i.e KS to current or term on term Used for governors to see how children are progressing
