RECOGITION CRITERIA- ROTARY Level Nation Builder Award ROTARY CLUBS Star Club 5 schools- 5 teachers Super Star Club 10 Schools- 10 teachers Mega Star Club 15 Schools- 15 teachers Supreme Star Club 25 Schools- 25 teachers

WHAT DETAILS ARE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD NBA PROJECT DETAILS ON RILM WEBSITE 1. School ID of all the schools involved 2. Names of the Schools 3. Number of Teachers Evaluated per school 4. Number of Teachers awarded per school, ideally 1 teacher from each school.

Continued…. 5. Subjects taught by the teacher receiving the award from each school 6. Copies of the NB 3.2 Compilation sheets (Name of teacher and Total marks of each teacher) 7. Scanned image of NB 3.2 8. Three good quality pictures from the evaluation process and award distribution

STEP 9- Upload 3 good quality pictures

STEP 10- After uploading the pictures, click on “Save and Go to Form NB 3.2’

STEP 11: Select your district and club and click on “SUBMIT”
