Target Audience The target audience for my magazine is young people, aged between 14 and 25 who are into Grime and Hip Hop music. My magazine will appeal more towards a lower class, urban audience. It will apply to an audience based in south London as the grime scene is large in this area, but it will also appeal to a wider audience of people based all over the UK. My magazine is aimed at people with the fun-seeker psychographic profile as they enjoy magazines, but also because they have similarities with many grime/hip hop artists: ‘work hard play hard’, they like labels and they care about how they look. Most grime artists like to spend a lot of money on their clothes, they wear high profile labels such as Gucci, Armani and Ralph Lauren.
