BIAS The many media options from print, the Internet, television and radio make it more important that you be able to discern accuracy and objectivity of information each provides. Journals are supposed to write objectively… What does being objective mean? Definition: States the facts as they are, does not twist them according to one’s own opinion

BIAS What is bias? However, news reports are often biased… Definition: When a journalist presents information in a way that supports/pushes their own viewpoint or opinion
