ALTERRI Distribution Center is a young company which began its operations in 2003 backed by the 20 year accrued experience of its owners in various areas such as logistics, receiving, warehousing, handling and transfer of goods in the most important port of entry in Latin America: Laredo, Texas -- Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. Our company was founded with the firm commitment to offering impeccable service customized to the needs of the importers and exporters whom use this very important port of entry. In order to accomplish this goal we have put together a highly qualified and experienced team in the logistics and distribution center which in turn complies with all of the official and operational requirements. This team is backed by the infrastructure of the installations, equipment, technology and personnel that allow us to offer a safe, efficient and reliable service. Due to the support and trust of our customers and the correct administration of our company, currently we are in the process of expanding towards new markets along with the growth in our infrastructure in all aspects of the operation in order to continue to be present and committed within this very competitive environment of international trade. MISSION STATEMENT - To offer importers and exporters a complete logistics service consisting of receiving, unloading, documenting, warehousing, loading, transferring and distributing of goods in a secure, efficient and reliable manner. Our mission is to accomplish this with a reliable and qualified personnel team as well as with the physical infrastructure and appropriate technology that will allow us to continue obtaining our customers confidence. We will also offer periodic inspection visits to the factories in order to advise them on the different types of packaging, blockade and distribution of merchandise for an adequate and successful transportation. VISION - To continue being a safe, efficient and reliable option for our customers in order to keep counting on their preference and as a result reach a steady growth of the companys infrastructure, personnel and the market. We offer distribution, Mexican and American customs service. Receipt, unloading, inspecting, inventorying, labeling, pallet restacking, warehousing, shipping, and tracking system from point of origin to destination. Periodic visits to analyze and make recommendations with respect to optimum packing of goods, loading systems, transport and the whole logistic process for your shipment. Shipment status reports by means of fax, and via internet in real time in the format stipulated by the customer and customized to meet his needs. Services

PROCEDURES All of our procedures are properly documented through flow charts in order to assure the effectiveness of our operation and at the same time allow a fast and accurate communication system for the control of all operations. PERSONNEL We count on qualified and certified goods lift operators for the handling of merchandise, account executives with the experience necessary to develop correct documentation, follow up of shipments and prepare control reports as well as administrative personnel necessary for the correct handling of invoices.
