Leadership and Motivation Our leadership task is to channel Links Sisters’ energy and commitment to service in productive and respectful ways.  Highly-accomplished, intelligent and committed women expect a thoughtful approach that reflects transparency and fairness.  Leadership in The Links is a ministry of sorts—service to the community via The Links membership
