Calendar of Events Mandatory Pre-bid meeting - June 27, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Questions due to Procurement & Strategic Sourcing - July 5, 2019 - 12 Noon Delivery of Proposals - July 12, 2019 by 2:00 pm Time of Completion - September 30, 2022

Bid Due Date Bids are due by electronic submission on July 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm The link for bid submission have been posted with the bid details at http://go.wayne.edu/bids beginning June 20, 2019 We require your proposal, including all schedules as a single PDF in your electronic submission Pticing Schedules are also due in Excel Format Proposals must acknowledge all Addenda including Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes

Section 410: Prevailing Wage Rates Wayne State University requires all project contractors, including subcontractors, to compensate at a rate no less than prevailing wage rates Prevailing Wage Schedules are posted on the website and must be posted at the job site. 1099 Workers are NOT acceptable Certified Payroll must be provided with each of the contractor’s pay applications Sworn Statement must be provided for all materials and labor contracted in excess of $10,000.00 Signed waivers from all Subcontractors and suppliers must accompany Pay Applications Note: Contractor invoices WILL NOT be processed until all listed certified payroll documents are received https://procurement.wayne.edu/vendors/wage-rates.php

General Requirements All work must comply with both University Construction Design Standards and the Standards for Communications Infrastructure This may be an occupied area, awarded Contractor must be considerate of environment (noise, cleanliness, etc.) Interaction with students and/or staff not connected to the project is prohibited Project hours of operation are 7:00am – 5:00 pm. Parking on WSU campus lots and structures are $8.00/access. There is no complimentary parking for Contractor’s employee vehicles Wayne State has a smoke- and tobacco-free policy for indoor and outdoor spaces
