Why form a 2020 Committee? Issue: The lease between the Foundation and the Church is expiring on Aug 30, 2020. At this time, the Clement building and associated land reverts back to RBC (vs. RBF). So… what should the church be doing with the property? Objective: To investigate options for the church and make recommendations to RBC leadership. Credibility: The committee consists of four people with extensive knowledge and experience with the church and the Foundation and are currently serving as an RBC Elder, Deacon or Sr. Pastor. Members are Joe Boyachek, Bob Dormer, Paul Redlich and Joe Tullo. Benefits: This provides RBC with a recommended facility use plan for when the lease expires.
