Ideas for Action: Data Strategy One health center used their monthly QI committee meeting to raise and prioritize data quality issues, in effect building a data governance structure. Another health center, a national leader, developed a tool to enable prioritization of analytics efforts and resource allocation. One health center refocused their data governance council to more proactively strategize about how they collect and use data; meetings became a place for staff to pitch data requests (e.g., to show how they aligned with the strategic goals and how the benefits of collecting data would outweigh costs).
