Tissue extracts (50 μg) from control animals and animals exposed to hyperthermia (30°C) for the times indicated were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies for phosphorylated p38-MAPK (A, top panel) and phosphorylated JNKs (B).
