ECEAP SUPPORt Health screenings for all preschool students Coordinate dental screenings for preschools students Health education in the preschool classes Health Room Assistant maintains records of well child exams and dental visits as required by law ECEAP SUPPORt

Health plan development SSIT Meeting participation Develop individualized health plans for students based on known health conditions 504 committee participation for health related components IEP meeting attendee based on health needs of student Emergency care plans for all severe allergies, seizure disorders, asthmatics and diabetics Coordinate meds and health plans for field trips with assistance of my health room assistant Health plan development

Health condition review 135 Students (20.55%) for 2017-18 Trends in Health Conditions

Immunization management Monitor immunization status of all students throughout the year Follow Department of Health guidance for conditional compliance, exemptions and out of compliance notifications Send letters and make phones calls for out of compliance notifications within timeframes established by Department of Health including letter for exclusion if compliance is not attained Coordinate flu shot clinic at School District annually Notify parents in spring and summer of upcoming immunization requirements Maintain Skyward & State IIS (Immunization Information System) immunization data for annual reporting Immunization management

Health screenings completed in the fall each year Height, Weight, Vision, Hearing Grades - Preschool – 5th & 7th

Health Careers Education Classes taught at Manson High School Intro to Health Careers (photo shows those students March 2018 at Health Careers event that we attended in Spokane) Medical Terminology Family Health Goal to get CNA program submitted and approved for teaching in the future at Manson High School
