The Refurbishing Process On a SODICK A320D AWT

Working on the Power Supply for the A320D Initially, there are many signs of ageing, wear and tear. Notice the replaced parts and cables. Everything looks brand new.

The control panel is updated. The control panel is dingy and covered with grime from use. Now it has been well cleaned, keypad and monitor replaced.

The Dielectric Tank is dismantled and completely restored. This is an important part of the A320D equipment. It’s cleanliness is important. The tank is taken apart, stripped and repainted

Special care is taken to make the work area look and work like new. This work table has clearly been well used. Rust is covering large parts of it. Sections of the table have been sandblasted and ground so they look new

The all-important threader, which automatically supplies the wire needed to operate the A320D. In this before shot, there is rust and calcification. Parts are also missing. The entire assembly has been cleaned and missing parts replaced with new ones.
