COURSE FEEDBACK PROCESS I will leave the room for 20 minutes. A volunteer student will hand out Feedback forums. Each student will fill out the information on the top of the forum per info on the white board. (#2 pencil) 4) You then have 20 minutes to complete your evaluation before I return. Be constructive, honest, and fair, but do not hesitate to state your opinions and provide your reasons for them as comments. Your opinions are important both to myself AND the college and are considered most respectfully. The volunteer student will collect the forms, seal the envelope, and deliver it to Student Services. Instruction Sheet will be on Quia site.
