Enhancements to Enrollment Data 7/28/2019 Enhancements to Enrollment Data Starting with 12/10/2016 – Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 Registration data available when students start to register for classes Enrollment data includes all students eligible to register Data now available on student withdrawals and leaves of absence Data now available on all courses regardless of status (registered, adds, drops and withdrawn)

7/28/2019 Here’s the “Catch” No History Is Available for Expanded Student Data – Officially Registered Trends Only Newly Expanded Data Begins with 12/10/2016 Saturday Snapshot An “Extra” Mid-Week Snapshot (12/7/2016) Marks the Conversion Fall 2016 – Week 14 Spring 2017 – Week -5 Any Reports Saved in “My Reports” Will No Longer Run as Expected for Snapshots After 12/7/2016 We Strongly Recommend Deleting All “My Reports” Support is Available for Revising Any Reports You Would Like to Keep and Run for Current or Future Semesters
