Who we are GP Federation of all 40 practices in NWS Formed in 2016 – initially 14 practices Expanded to all 40 in Oct 2017 Board of Directors – 9 Directors – all practice representatives (7 GPs, 2 PMs)

What we have done Winter Pressure clinics (Dec ‘17 – Apr ‘18) 4,000 extended hours GP appointments across 6 hubs Extended Access contract from Aug ‘18 2018/19: 740 extended access appointments a week 2019/20: 1,100 extended access appointments a week LTS: 2018/19 Docman workflow training, Bluestream Academy, Quality Improvement training, Primary Care Network development

What are we doing Extended Access Weekday evenings (6-9pm) Weekend mornings (9am-midday) Across 5 hubs in NWS 7 day, 52 week a year provision GP face to face and digital appointments every day over the Christmas/New Year period Provided c.15,500 appointments to date Forecast to provide 57,000 appointments in 2019/20

What services are we providing GP Digital GP (via partnership with LIVI) 7am-10pm (weekdays); 9am-5pm (weekends) First Contact Physio Wound Care Phlebotomy
