4. Once RIL is up and running, how soon before I would see results? Hello Brian, 1. Is it more cost effective to DIY or use a service like postcard mania? 2. If I signed up for DIFY, how soon could I be fully up and running? 1 week, 2 weeks? 3. How do you use Call Fire and what is it's monthly cost? Is it necessary? 4. Once RIL is up and running, how soon before I would see results? 5. Is the Renters Secrets booklet totally customizable, and would you help if needed? 6. What is the best day of the week to do mailings if you want prospects to receive on either Friday or Saturday? 7. What do you think about incorporating RIL with a texting strategy since most people text these days and it's proven it gets better results than email? 8. If we provide you with 2 apartment complexes within 5 miles of my job address, how do you determine which one to mail to first, and do you mail to 100, 200 or all 500 each month?  At what response rate to you determine success and stop mailing if that response rate is not attained? In other words, how many times should we mail before we stop? 9. In the DIFY campaign, is there a separate budget for mailing postcards or does the setup and monthly fee cover mailing also?
