Introduction Our Lean On Me is a new service in Stafford funded by Big Lottery Fund to support carers of loved ones living with Dementia.

Project The project aims to be reactive to the daily lives, needs, issues and concerns for carers by offering timeout. The service is bespoke support in their own homes for carers and the people with dementia.

Benefits Therefore, carer’s will feel Less isolated Better informed Less stressed. Time to reflect and relax. Take a break away for just a few hours More socially included with friends and family.

Volunteering Volunteers help us support as many carers and their families affected by Dementia. Make a special difference by supporting someone in your community. Be a valued part of our team, offer of training and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses.

Benefits of Volunteering 1. Gain confidence - The chance to try something new and build a real sense of achievement. 2. Make a difference - A real and valuable positive affect on people, communities and society in general. 3. Meet people and make new friends. 4.
