Extras Money Pupils need to take around £10 in English money to buy meals in the UK – this will cover our outward journey. Please give to your child We recommend £60 - £100 in Euros spending money for the trip. This will cover: Souvenirs, ice creams, drinks, etc… Pupils will be provided with a packed lunch each day from the hotel Pupils will need around £10 in English currency for the return journey to buy meals in the UK

Envelopes We would like you to split the money into a different envelope for each day that we are there. Each envelope should contain the amount that you would like your child to spend per day. This will avoid any lost money and will stop them from running out by the second day!! Joe Bloggs 7W 20 Euros Thursday Please pick up your envelopes tonight

Envelopes 5 x envelopes with euros in. 1 for each of the following days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ( This will also be used for the room deposit) 1 x envelope for bowling/crazy golf (5 euros) 1x envelope with £ Sterling for the return journey

Clothing Pupils need to bring sensible clothing with them, including: Enough sensible clothing for seven days Night clothes Two pairs of comfortable shoes Toiletries - ALL PUPILS MUST BRING SUN SCREEN - MINIMUM FACTOR 25. A bag pack for hand luggage on the coach and use in Barcelona, in addition to their suitcases. Include a small pillow and blanket for the journey. A refillable water bottle for use on the trip

Medication If your child has specific medical needs we will need clear guidelines on dosage and how to administer the medication. Any medication should be given to us prior to departure in an envelope clearly marked with the pupil name. Travel sickness tablets must be provided for outward/return and travel during the trip.

EHIC cards All pupils must have an EHIC card. You can apply online for an EHIC card however you do not need to pay for this. Apply on the nhs website.

Included Passport All meals Hats – we will have a baseball cap for each child with a logo on Telephone number on wristband and an SOS in Spanish Phrase books/sketch books
