NEWVERN A contraceptive procurement system for funding, production, shipping and inventory management. Originally developed in 1989, it continues to enable the Contraceptive and Logistics Management Division (CLM) of the USAID Office of Population to manage its worldwide contraceptive distribution program. 7/27/2019
