Budgetary Additions Announced in the MTBPS for 2009/10 2009/10 Adjusted Estimates (Education) Funds rolled over for operational purposes = R8.585 million Funds rolled over for HIV/Aids conditional grant = R3.474 million Funds rolled over for CHE for new functions = R9 million Unforeseeable and unavoidable expenditure: New Ministry for Higher Education = R8 million Workbooks for literacy and numeracy for grades 1 to 6 learners in quintiles 1 to 3 schools = R524.14 million Increase in improvement of conditions of service = R8.487 million.
