PUBLIC RELATIONS MY START Appointed to the Executive Board in November 2008 Attended two meetings since appointment Studied reports, PR handbook prepared by headquarters, reviewed past PR reports Gathered information, comments, and ideas from various sources

PUBLIC RELATIONS MY CURRENT ACTIVITIES Continuing to search out “best practices” Continuing to identify current Federation members encouraged and supportive of PR Developing/drafting outline for long-term Federation PR efforts Identifying outreach to attract current federal workers

PUBLIC RELATIONS MY EFFORTS MOVING FORWARD Work with Area Vice Presidents regarding continuous chapter PR and outreach Promote the NC Federation Chapter Scrapbook Competition Incorporate the thoughts and ideas of current Federation members regarding PR Serve as a resource to the Board
