As we will hear examples of today, schools and communities transform when… Partnerships among community stakeholders, parents/caregivers and schools focus on supporting student development, improving student outcomes, supporting families and developing strong communities. Resources are more effectively and more efficiently utilized through a comprehensive tiered intervention approach that delivers stronger outcomes and improves accountability. Schools, families and communities work collaboratively, so that every component of the partnership is fully engaged and every intervention implemented is strengthened.
