Organisation By Responsibility Level 1 Senior Manager (in charge/makes decisions) Level 2 Junior Manager (make decisions although supervised/specialises in one area) Supervisors (overlooks the process of making product) Operatives (provide products) Level 3 Support Staff (assist other staff)
