Pessary for Prolapse UK Guideline Group Objectives: To standardise pessary management by providing referral criteria and treatment pathways for use in primary and secondary care 2. To provide best practice competencies for practitioners and guidelines on pessary management including: choice fitting follow up complications 3. To develop a training framework for practitioners 4. To develop and publicise a patient information platform for pessary users to help inform, empower and manage their expectations 5. To have an established group to review future and emerging evidence Planned projects: UK service evaluation of pessary use and practice Survey of physiotherapy and pessary provision Formation of a pessary user group Create, publish and disseminate the Guideline Are you keen to be involved?
