The Prime Minister wants to know what the citizens think about Carbon rationing. You must phone citizens, ask them questions about the carbon rationing system and take notes. You are a British citizen. You have already received and read the Carbon Allowance Guide. You are ready to answer an opinion pollster’s questions on the phone.
