(hint: you’ve seen how the play ends) Explain Juliet’s confusion… based on what the Nurse says about her feelings for Romeo Scene 3: What does Friar L. mean in lines 2 & 3 AND what lit. convention is this? Why does Romeo say banishment is worse than death? (p. 141 & 143) List the *three* blessings Friar L. tells Romeo that Romeo has. (p. 149 & 151) If Friar L.’s 1st plan was to marry Romeo & Juliet so their families will stop fighting, what is his 2nd plan now that Romeo is banished? (p. 151) (hint: there are at least 7 parts)
