DESSERT DIRECTIONS SIDE DISH ENTRÉE VOCAB-ULARY APPETIZER “Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity.” Choose ONE task to complete from each section (appetizer, entrée, side dish, and dessert). Complete the task using your vocabulary words. SIDE DISH Define the Word 7. What if? If the vocabulary term were a person, what would he or she look like? Draw the person and explain your choices. (choose any vocab word) Menu ENTRÉE VOCAB-ULARY 8. Create a Poster Create a poster persuading your classmates to use the vocabulary word. Make sure your poster is convincing! (choose any vocab word) 4. Used in Literature Locate five vocab words used in literature and interpret the meaning of the word used in the sentence. 9. Teach a Friend Develop a lesson you would use to teach a friend about ta vocab word. Create an activity to go with it! (Choose any vocab word) APPETIZER 5.
