K of C Invitational Track Meet Meet information: January 31st, 2015 Time: 8:00am Coaches Meeting 8:30am JV & Varsity Field Events (long jump, triple jump & shotput) Teams: Middle School, JV (5th and 6th grade) and Varsity (7th & 8th grade) (5th or 6th grade can compete Varsity) Events: 100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, 1600M, 4 x 100 relay and 4 x 400 relay Shot put, Long jump, Triple jump > Heats will be run per lane assignment and all assignments will be assigned prior to race day; race day substitutions will be permitted.
