Manager consults with Disabled Person and implements locally Disabled Person needs an adjustment(s) Manager consults with Disabled Person and implements locally If less that £500 If costs £0 May seek advice from OH, EDI, HRAS and SENIT suite If more than £500 Disabled Person seeks advice from EDI by emailing equalities@ucl.ac.uk Access to Work (AtW) application If furniture or IT equipment, departments advised to cover costs EDI covers half costs between £600-£1000 and full costs over £1000 if not covered by AtW EDI covers reasonable costs AtW won’t pay for
