Introduction Innovative capacity and climate for innovation contribute to sustainable development Sustainable development will have positive effects on environmental protection and safety issues Transport safety and efficiency of the transport system has effects on environment and health There is a need for better, more proportionate, regulation in order to enable a sustainable development Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation

Legislation must allow for sustainable development Legislation can meet future challenges and new ideas and contribute to sustainable development through function based rules. Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation
