Be short Be precise of objective Be in reasonably good English Understandable Unambiguous Clear Have a conclusion Give proposals for further action

Speak close to the microphone Do not read your contribution word for word Skip over complicated background material – stick to the essentials State the conclusion clearly State any proposals clearly Finish cleanly – dont tail off; make the chairman aware your verbal presentation has finished

If you provide a TDoc to the meeting, then find there is an error in it … Do not attempt to retract the document from the meeting inbox and replace it ! Withdraw it and obtain a new TDoc number for the correction.
