iDE@RBC iDE@RBC or Individualized Dual Enrollment at Richard Bland College (RBC) is a dual credit program delivered on location at high schools throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. High school faculty are paired with a mentor teacher at RBC to ensure academic rigor Ensure an exceptional learning experience for students Sparks their passion for learning Promotes academic achievement and motivation Fosters a “community of practice” among high school and college faculty to promote linkages between postsecondary and secondary educators
