Renewal Process 6 months in advance Fingerprinting IPDP Points Cost Plan on 6-8 week return time Form 3A Fingerprinting IPDP Points 1 college credit equals 20 IPDP points 1 hour of seat time equals 1 IPDP point Cost $70 License fee $50 Fingerprinting fee (if applicable) Must be Separate Checks Make Payable to KSDE

Bachelor’s Degree 160 IPDP points INCLUDING *80 points from college credit OR *8 credit hours in approved program *Must submit IPDP transcript/College Transcript in a SEALED envelope

Master’s Degree 120 IPDP points OR 8 credit hours in approved program OR 3 years accredited experience during current license OR Complete all components of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards assessment for National Board Certification. *Must submit IPDP transcript/College Transcript in a SEALED envelope
