2. Launch Loch Ness brand in U.S. CREATIVE!! 2. Launch Loch Ness brand in U.S. NEW!! Your Loch Ness brand of beer is original. Like we just mentioned, we found beers with the names of your cairngorm brand that are already in the U.S., but what we DIDNT find is any type of brand that is like your loch ness brand. By launching your Lochness brand, you will be adding something new and creative into the the craft beer market. And you know who likes new and creative?!....

MILLENNIALS! fun fact: there are nearly 80 million millennials in the U.S.- thats nearly ¼ of the total population. And with an annual buying power of 200 billion dollars, they are the most lucrative market. and this bring us right into our final recommendation of...

3. Market to Millennials marketing to Millennials. if you look at this chart here, they account for more than HALF of all weekly craft beer drinking.(next picture) We found, from this next chart, that millennials try 5 new brands a month and 15% try over 10. To get a little more specific on demographics, these younger ages who are more adventurous, range from 21-35 years old. appeal of craft-brewed beer is stronger among white beer drinkers than among African-Americans.

Regional Drinking per capita Climate West Coast North and East Coast This map touches on the states that have the most drinking in the U.S. As you can see, the climate of a state plays a factor into beer consumption, the west coast has the most breweries, and all along the north and east coast has the most binge drinking occuring. Just some good things to keep in mind while looking at a geographical location to export to!

BOTTLES! Bottles vs. Cans? more specifically 330 ml now that we have established when, to whom, and where to export into the U.S., we wanted to address your question of going in with bottles or cans. After a lot of research, we have found that it would be best to, first, export with bottles. more specifically the 330 ml bottles, because that size is normally what size beer is sold in because it is the standard for the U.S. more specifically 330 ml

Why bottles? Quality stereotypes Establish name and brand first Restaurants won’t carry cans Tradition Price Industry is heading towards cans Once name is recognized and established High-volume sales Although... - it’s very difficult to get a new brewery off the ground unless the design work, beer names, and general branding are emphasized as much the brewing itself. -the cost per unit is higher with cans and, because you’re selling in a multi-unit format, the price per ounce is lower.”
