Evaluation Process Submit Teacher Goals-DUE TODAY Instructional Professional Development Student Growth Goal (20%) Submit spreadsheet with student test scores at the end of 1st semester Only one unit with one group of students will suffice Observation Lesson plan Checklist will be completed by Principal Teacher will need to sign final Evaluation
