The Bear and the Rabbit A fable by Nicholas

A bear and a rabbit enjoyed playing and relaxing in the summer. I’ll count to ten you hide A bear and a rabbit enjoyed playing and relaxing in the summer.

“I have nearly finished making my den” The bear said to the rabbit “I’m going to get ready for winter” But rabbit said “ we have loads of time”

Bears ‘missing all the fun! So the bear stored his food and made a den, while the rabbit continued having fun.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrr I wish I had listened to Bear When winter came bear was all warm and safe. Rabbit was left shivering and exposed in the snow.

The hunters came saw the rabbit, shot him dead and had him for supper.
