It started with a shared vision ….

Our Vision The visioning process was important The process changed the school’s culture and re-defined who we are as a school It gave us a structure upon which to implement that which is judged to be important. The visual metaphor The Vision now leads us My task is to keep us focussed and connected to it.

We are all prisoners of our past We are all prisoners of our past. It is hard to think of things except in the way we have always thought of them. But that solves no problems and seldom changes anything. (Handy 1990)
