OUTCOME 2 Empower the young people of the Highlands by growing leadership training and opportunities within the medium of sport and physical activity                         Key Activities Develop an accredited Highland Leadership Programme aimed at Secondary pupils Develop and deliver courses locally aimed at young leaders Inverness College - supporting Sport & Recreation students in Kingussie Leadership to employment (looking at the progression from Leadership into workforce)

SPORTS LEADERSHIP Aim: To offer opportunities in leadership & transferable life skills in every area of Highland to young people 12-25 years Supporting wider achievement & attainment Deployment Employment Training : 2018 - 228 YL were trained in Sports Leadership.
