Keto Talk about the studies that conflict…cardiovascular, diabetes, issues with following people who perform diet studies. Talk about no difference between low fat and low carb. Talk about how exercise increases fat in some people but not others…the study where people didn’t change what they eat but just started exercising. Studies are pretty useless if heavy monitoring of food is not a part of the experimental plan. Most studies can not afford or even have participants who can be in a facility for 24 weeks of heavily monitored eating and exercise without volunteers potentially losing their jobs because of not being able to go to work.
